Review: I have had a server at WP Engine for the past 5 years and the experience has been excellent. The platform is incredibly stable and the support team is absolutely outstanding. I just had an issue that required some assistance and the support rep, Syed, did an incredible job of sorting out my issues and working through them until they had all been resolved and confirmed to be working. He also helped me with a separate issue and was able to get that knocked out in a matter of minutes. Support like this is what keeps me a happy client and I can’t say enough kind things about Syed and the rest of the WP Engine team. Thanks everyone!

Review: They provide excellent support, always trying different things to help troubleshoot issues. Even helping when the issue is not related to their services at all. Wait time is also never too long around 5-15minutes to get in touch with an agent. Keep it up WPengine, so good working with you.

Review: I am very happy with WP Engine. I use them for my critical websites and they have done extremely well. I moved off Site5, which over the years devolved into a rolling nightmare and switched to WP Engine for my critical, higher traffic websites. Customer service, very good. Speed, very good. Stability, Excellent. When you have to have stable, high performing websites, WP Engine is the place to go.

Review: One of the most important things to consider when it comes to choosing a provider is support after your purchase. I cannot say enough good things about the support WP Engine provides. You can have a live agent any time within seconds (in my experience), and they will go above and beyond to help you out. I reached out for help making my site HTTPS (vs HTTP), and they literally did it for me, within minutes. If you want good support, they will definitely deliver!!!

Review: Their excellent support has allowed me to spend less time worried about my WordPress site and more time focused on my business. I especially appreciate the top-notch attention to security and performance, my top two areas of concern.
