Review: Lisa in the PA office saved your five-star rating. It would be less that one without her. I was transferred three times to My time and twice to email with each person giving me different answers. I spent over two & 1/2 hours before i got Lisa. She solved the issues in less that 20 minutes. a great communicator. All is solved now. Hope you and your employees have a great Thanksgiving.

Review: I had the opportunity of working with Erica with My Time Support this afternoon and I wanted to pass on what a fantastic experience it was. I found her to be very knowledgeable, professional and personable. She understood exactly what I needed to accomplish and she effortlessly guided me through every step. What a fantastic reflection she is of the organization she works with, and for, Network Solutions. Five Stars is not enough for a most favorable rating.

Review: I was having email issues with several accounts I wanted to add to a mobile device. the Network Solutions customer service lady was over the top super helpful. In the middle of our project however, we were cut off. Obviously there would be no way for me to direct dial this person back. I was out of luck or so I thought. 5 minutes later the phone rang, and it was her as eager to help as ever to help. Not stopping until the issues were resolved she hung in there and helped me all the way through. I learned enough that without having to bother anyone again I was able to add another new email account today. She was a super big help and I’m very grateful.

Review: I cannot say enough nice things about the woman who patiently stayed on the phone with me and walked me through fixing my outlook problem. I had not received my emails for 3 days and this kind woman stayed patiently on the phone with me until the glitch was corrected. I hope she wins the lottery as she certainly made my day! Easy to understand and patient. Network Solutions is blessed to have such a great employee.

Review: Erica in MyTime tech support is outstanding. She is knowledgeable, clear in her communications and very efficient. I was connected to her by Brenda who manages Customer Loyalty. When she realized the issues we were experiencing she out her best person on it, and that is Erica!
