Review: At first, I loved the customer service, however, over time I began to report 503 error or problems, and I discovered that the hosting blocked users who exceeded a maximum number of simultaneous queries, at this time I can only work with a single page simultaneously, otherwise I am blocked for 5 minutes. it is horrible to work like this.
although I accepted the economic proposals to increase the capacity, today I still have problems.

Review: Amazing hosting provider and domain registrar. Super simple to make changes, support are also some of the best I’ve ever had. If you ever have issue with Cpanel or any technical confusion, you can usually just ask the support to fix it for you and they will. I had an issue DMARC zoning that had nothing to do with NameCheap, and they still went out of their way to help. Have used them for 5+ years, and will for the remainder of my business.

Review: Not sure what everyone’s on about, it sounds like a bunch of people that know absolutely nothing about IT and development at all writing these bad reviews.
Namecheap is a fantastic company. I’ve been with them for almost a decade, and never a single problem. Their response times can be a bit slow, but otherwise, I’ve never been “scammed” or had my files “deleted” or “stolen”, nor have I ever had an issue with spam.
I host over 100 live domains with this company, and a simple Honeypot+Apache Spam Assassin takes care of all the cold emails. This is something that Namecheap offers for free, but again, most people just expect it to work like some magical lamp out of the box, thinking all they need to do is click a button. That’s not how development goes. Never has, never will.
Most of the complaints I see on this thread or problems that the users could have easily fixed themselves with a simple check of the knowledge base. Unfortunately people are too lazy to do so, and just blame the company for not rendering services. Don’t listen to these ignoramuses. Just buy a small hosting package/domain, and test drive the service for yourself. You won’t be dissatisfied. Seal of approval. I’ll put my professional validation on it all day long.

Review: NameCheap, Inc. has taken my money and refused to release the domains that I have paid for based on some fake risk management principles. I was asked to verify my ID with them and bank information (confirmed to be the actual business I was working with) and never returned the digital property that I have purchased. It is theft and they have no corporate contact information, or contact information for this bogus Risk Management department. This is fraud and the company should face consequences for their blatant deception and unprofessional customer service.
