Review: Having as many troubles as I’ve had with my online business forcing me to shut down and start fresh, I am blown away at IONOS’ incredible customer service and how eager they were to try to find as many discounts for me as possible after my lengthy requests of trying to cancel multiple contracts to start new ones for a new domain and email but also in an attempt at keeping my old domain. Not only has their service been quite literally the most helpful service I’ve ever received, but IONOS as a whole is simple to navigate and the additional services they provide give me an overwhelming feeling of calm when it comes to the security of my data and my online store. If anything good has come out of 9 months of horrible luck in e-commerce, it’s been finding IONOS. Now time to start fresh with a new launch, fresh domain, fresh email, my date guarded, and lessons learned from the many mistakes that will forever be behind me. The only directions from rock bottom is UP from here. Thank you a ton IONOS and “Chin”, the incredible customer service rep who helped me figure all this out in one shot.

Review: This is my 3rd VPS purchase as my needs are growing. I’ve always been happy with their product and its A #1 5 Stars. At times phone support leaves a little to be desired but I’ve been a customer going on 5+ years I’ve purchased about 7-10 products that have all been great and trouble free.

Review: It was extremely easy to use and checkout, however I’m only giving 4 stars due to the mobile version of the site having an issue. I actually had to enable desktop mode in Chrome Mobile Android to resolve the issue and continue with my purchase. Specifically, the issue occured when try to advance to the Payment details screen. I kept getting an error message about correct a field before proceeding but when I switch to desktop, I no longer received the message and successfully advanced to the payment details screen. Would definitely recommend for domain purchasing and registration.

Review: Update: Corrie reached out to me offline and has gone through the issues I was having so I have increased the rating. I have left the one star off because of the initial experience. It is nice to know there is a company that cares behind the anonymous sign-up process. They charge for more than 1 email address? The set up pages are not fully built. Not sure why this company gets such high ratings when it’s not a great experience.
