Review: I needed a change in my hosting service and searched for a more localized presence. InMotion Hosting received high marks and I took the chance and made the change. The transfer of the Domain was seemless but there was an issue with DNS Propagation that took a while to resolve, so it was necessary to get involved with tech support right away. It turned out to be a setting that transferred from the old host settings and had nothing to do with a ‘normal transfer’ of a domain. In the end it was resolved but it allowed me to see the value of 24/7 support right away that was in my timezone and not 8 hours ahead of me. I have been with InMotion for several months now without a single issue or a second of down time and couldn’t be happier. If you’re on the fence about a good host platform, I highly recommend InMotion Hosting. Thank you.

Review: InMotion Hosting is one of the best USA companies, reading customer service. They are always polite and go the extra mile in trying to help.
I must admit, I believe this is a USA thing, with the mantra that the customer always comes first. But, my experience with Inmotion Hosting has been A*. I could easily find a cheaper option, but customer service is one of my most important things, so I am staying right where I am.
I would highly recommend Inmotion for all the services they offer.
