Review: To be fair I don’t use my website much so so I wouldn’t know if it has ever been down long as some of the other reviews mention. I recall this happening once & I don’t believe it was for very long. Not sure if that’s a normal occurrence with hosts but I have called twice & received really good service. On both occasions the Reps had great communication skills. I am a bit disappointed that the renewal rate is more than double the price of a new account. However, that is my only complaint after 3yrs.

Review: Support is good, excellent. But billing is greedy. I removed my credit card already, turned off auto bill, BUT billing still billed me for renewal. Billing still have access to my card info even though i deleted the card info already. But support said they will cancel and refund the money. Good Job Support. Waiting now for the refund. Support said it will take 5-7 days. My Bank said refund will be posted within 15 days once refund memo is received.

Review: They always help me out every time I call, great customer service and knowledge. I have a cloud baby account and host several websites with them. Whenever I’m having technical difficulties I can really on them to answer the phone 24/7. I think their plans are fairly priced for the speed and quality. Also their marketing and branding is on point. I will continue using them

Review: The tech support staff is friendly, polite and knowledgable. The ticket system works well for the most part;however, based on the issue you are experiencing, you may be forced to do a tech support chat, versus being able to submit an email or ticket and having tech support follow up with you later. I prefer submitting the ticket for something that is not urgent. Overall HostGator has been extremely responsive and has always found a solution to my issues over the years that I have been with them.

Review: I have been a reseller for Hostgator for more than 5 years and all of my clients are hosted through this reseller account. I am extremely happy with their service and support. I estimate I call them three or four times per year with a request for help transferring a website or fixing a problem I created. Their support has always been excellent with knowledgeable people and quick response times. They rate a “10” out of “10” in my opinion.
