Review: I migrated my site to Hostpapa this month. It was the best experience I had with web hosting companies. Their staffs were online 24/7 and very prompt in replying and support. They helped me in every step and got my site up and running in no time. I appreciate their help and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to host their websites. And their pricing is so much better than my previous hosting company. I should have come to Hostpapa much sooner.

Review: HostPapa sent me an email saying they were going to migrate my websites and emails. 2 days later, I still don’t have working emails. I replied to the message (as per their email) 2 days ago asking how I was to be notified when my email wasn’t working and have not heard a reply. I sent that email through our back-up gmail account. I can’t log on to Cpanel and any test emails sent to our emails comes back as failed addresses. I reached out via their chat because they won’t do technical support over the phone and that didn’t help. We are a charity and rely on emails to communicate with our directors, sponsors and vendors.

Review: In my opinion HostPapa is one of the best for its responsive customer support when you call, or email them. I praise the company for its knowledgeable support staff who are able to assist with technical issues promptly. they offer the best price for products and 100 percent I recommended them to my friends and family.

Review: Probably the WORST hosting company that I have ever encountered. Completely incompetent level1 & level2 support. Avoid this company at ALL cost. They’ve been trying to get my server back online for the past week. The only answer I get from them “we are working on it” hahaha.

Review: As a relative newcomer to having my own website, and wanting to do things by myself (HTML and CSS), I have had a lot of technical questions. I have found that HostPapa has a great set of resource articles. Also, every time I use the Chat option to get help, there is someone available quickly and that person is always helpful and courteous. I’ve been very happy with the level of service.
