Review: I have always been quite happy with bluehost. Their phone customer service, which they make more available than other hosts, has always been great for me. Also was happy with their pricing; they offered same as everybody else, with better customer service, for the least price. Although, that seems to have changed, as my recent renewal was double until I negotiated with a sales rep for something better (still a higher price, but the part that really bugged me was that he insisted on charging my card 4 months in advance of the rollover, rather than sending me a quote I could call back with; I was not pleased that he wouldn’t accept the argument that I was double-paying, but I would have been very busy at the rollover time, so I capitulated for convenience). But I have never experienced any down-time (though my site is low volume and fairly static), and all my tech support experiences have been positive so far, though I have not had occasion to call for about a year.

Review: 15 years with the company. Ups and downs through it being sold and recreated, but I have to say the basic services they offer are great. I have 40+ domains on a single low level plan and was hacked through FTP, they had a backup that saved me. This is one example of a free add-on service they have available. Their customer service is always helpful and patient. Have to say for under $300 a year, it is hard to beat what they offer.

Review: I was told Bluehost / Wordperfect was standard and have been happy with it. I like the 24/7 tech support with knowledgeable US staff. Not sure why the negative ratings. Maybe people who had some problem posted reviews.

Review: I have had a dedicated server with them since 2014 and they have been excellent to work with overall! I liked them better when located in Provo than since they moved down to Arizona because our sever has had way more issues since the move but still highly recommend them for any WordPress hosting.

Review: I’ve never had any issues but Bluehost or my website. Their customer service has always been super helpful. I would recommend them to any one looking to change host providers. I went to them after being very disappointed with Hostgator and I’m very happy.
